A venture studio
Invest once. Own everything we build.
We create new companies, launch them faster and cheaper than the market, and give investors a stake in all of it. When a company sells, the studio keeps building.
The engine
We built our own process so the same money launches more companies.
We put AI to work inside the studio on the unglamorous parts: validating ideas, testing them against real buyers, killing the weak ones early, and standing up the tools every company needs on day one. That work used to be paid for again by every company. Now it is built once and reused, so ideas that fail, fail cheaply, and the ones that survive reach paying customers on far less capital.
The same dollars fund more launches, and each company needs less outside money along the way. More shots on goal, less dilution before the sale.

What we build
We build where buying is not optional.
Finance, insurance, real estate and compliance. Markets where a regulation, a contract or an auditor creates the reason to buy. We are experts at the economics underneath those markets: how the work gets done, what each step costs, and where value leaks out of the chain. We find the point where changing the economics changes behavior, and build the company that sits there. The best ideas make the economics better for the customer and worse for whatever is causing the harm.
We work backward from the sale before the company exists: who would want to own this business, and what solving the problem is worth to them.
Performance backed by research

These are the benchmarks the studio model is measured against. We hold ourselves to them, and we share our own results directly with accredited investors.

Human flourishing
Building companies that help people.
Two of our companies exist to fight human trafficking. TruePath Vision turns cameras a business already owns into a system that can recognize a missing person. Hotel Shield puts prevention tools directly into hotels, where much of the trafficking happens.
PrimoSure keeps families and small businesses insured, and keeps small local agencies open instead of letting them close when the owner retires.
We look for problems worth solving, not only markets worth entering. The two overlap more often than people expect.

The entrepreneur ecosystem
Building the ecosystem that builds companies.
Starting a company is hard, and most of the help costs money a founder does not have yet.
CRE Inc helps property owners restructure instead of losing the building.
MythWorx makes advanced AI cheap enough for a small company to actually run.
Pro-Forma gives founders the financial models and investor reports that usually take a finance team. Profit Inc shows small business owners where they are losing money. Both were built before the studio existed, and building them is where we worked out the repeatable process the studio now runs on.
We also helped launch two studios, 1845 Ventures in Dallas-Fort Worth and EVS Asia in Singapore, and hold a stake in each, so our investors share proportionally in what those studios build.
One investment in Eagle Venture Studio reaches all of it.
